Hi... all HR expertise..

I have a topic " employment relationship can be regarded as power relationship" explain this views and analyse its consequences for Human Resource.

Can anyone help with this topic..
I dont quite get the topic .. how employment relationship relates with power? is it through Trade Union.. or ?
I need reply asap.. thanks...

Well, here's an idea to start the conversation at least...

In North Carolina, the relationship between employer and employee is still legally known as the "master-servant" relationship. It's rare for that to actually be used in court documents anymore but you can indeed find it in statutory law.

Who has the power in an employment relationship?
